Cancellation & Refund
1. Appointment Cancellations
At Transformation Adda, we understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation or training session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.
2. Refund Policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every service. However, due to the nature of fitness consultations and personalized training programs, refunds are provided under limited conditions:
A full refund will be issued if the booking is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the session has not yet occurred.
Partial refunds or credits may be offered in cases of verified medical issues or unforeseen emergencies.
Once a session, program, or package has begun, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions unless stated otherwise in your plan.
3. Memberships & Packages
For memberships and multi-session packages:
Unused sessions may be transferred or credited upon approval.
Expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Discounts or promotional codes (such as FIT300) cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
4. Refund Processing
If you qualify for a refund, please allow 7–10 business days for processing after approval.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
